Terms of sales
1. Generalities
The general conditions of sale are applicable to all contracts awarded and all offers issued by Hit the Green. A copy of these conditions will be sent on request and available on our website.
Any waiver of all or part of these terms and conditions is valid only if it has been confirmed in writing by both parties.
The samples and or illustrations on catalogs, advertisements and others are only indicative of the article concerned and are not binding on us. In the event of a difference of meaning between the versions in different languages ​​of these conditions, the French text always prevails.
2. Offers:
All our offers are without obligation, as regards the prices as the delays or the deliveries, unless otherwise formally indicated in the offer.
3. Terms of payment:
The prices are excluding transport, ex works Switzerland, TTC for Switzerland and tax for the rest of the world.
Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer and mentioned for information on the order.
Taxes will be borne by the buyer for sales outside Switzerland.
Payment will be made upon receipt by the buyer of the order confirmation sent by Hit The Green.
Payment will be made either by: paypal or by credit card or bank transfer.
4. Delivery:
The delivery time will confirmed once Hit The Green have received purchase order and payment
5. Complaints:

Claims for delivered goods must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The merits of the claims will then be examined as soon as possible by us. If the claim is well founded, we will repair the goods or, if possible, take back and replace these goods or give a discount on their price.

6. Right of revocation:
The buyer can return the purchased product whose packaging has not been opened within 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Standard Warranty:
​
The structure of the trolley is guaranteed 2 years, the battery 2 years according to the conditions below, the electronic elements, the charger, the accessories and the engines are guaranteed 2 years. The battery is 100% guaranteed the 2 first years for normal use, respecting the charging and discharging instructions. The battery capacity can allow to cover between 27 to 36 holes.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects revealed during normal use. Any abuse or improper use will not be covered by this warranty. Cleaning with water jet is considering as improper use and damage due to over use of water will cancel the warranty. Normal wear and tear due to normal use is not covered by the warranty. Wear parts are only covered by the warranty for manufacturing defects.
You must provide proof of purchase, keep the document provided by Hit the Green and return the completed warranty card or register the warranty online.
You must keep the original packaging so that we can proceed with the removal. Otherwise a package may be sent to you for invoicing. All repairs made under the warranty do not entitle you to a new warranty beyond that granted from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Any malfunction caused by accidental damage or misuse will not be covered.
An exchange under guarantee does not open the right to an additional guarantee. The date of purchase of the cart and its battery remain the reference for the expiration date of the warranty. Hit the Green reserves the right to ask you for proof of purchase.
Hit the Green reserves the right to charge shipping costs at the time of replacement.
8. Protection of individual data:

Hit the Green respects the privacy of individuals, it does not collect or manage any personal data that would not be willingly be given by the person concerned. Please inform us if you do not want your personal data used. Hit the Greencomplies with the personal data protection laws governing the use and entry of personal data. These data are only used for further processing in product distribution and development.
The only information entered and saved automatically during normal use of the website is usually the protocol data of the web server.
These data do not allow us access to your identity or any other personal information. We do not transmit any personal or other data to third parties.
Hit the Green is authorized to modify at any time the provisions on the declaration of protection of personal data in order to update them.
9. Applicable law:

These conditions and the resulting contract are governed by the applicable Swiss law. Any dispute in connection with this contract, its conclusion, its execution or its termination is subject to Swiss law, the exclusive place being in FRIBOURG, SWITZERLAND.
